I see two problems with this. First is the software. I'm not sure if
there are any speech recognition programs for the Apple//. I know there
are Mac (if this is what you are after you are in the wrong newsgroup)
and PC versions available commercially. The second is the language. I'm
pretty sure there are German versions available. Dutch may require some
specialised programming or libraries. If you can find a company
producing the software you should ask them if they have it available
with Dutch words. It should be a matter of changing data files.
