A2Central.com's Privacy Statement

Sheppy was nice enough to send me the URL before I signed up.  Read and
find out why you won't see me online there except one defined as
'visitor'.

I am posting the URL because there are no links to it on the site that I
can find.  Sheppy said a link is on the join page, but I couldn't locate
it.

My personal, non-lawyer, lamen interpretatioin of this policy follows...

Cudos to Sheppy for the intent of the privacy policy, but I feel you
(Sheppy) need to work on making the policy state what you mean, unless
you really mean it to be legally vague and non-binding upon your
actions.

I have been bitten by inadaquate privacy policies before.  Most e-mail
addresses I give out are bogus because I hate spam. I am one who gives a
different e-mail address to comercial sites VS personal contacts due to
this.  I am wary of document that don't mean anything or contradict
themselves.

I have read the privacy policy thoroughly and it has no legal bite.  It
is vague and open ended in Sheppy's favor, not yours.  I don't agree
with Sheppy's policy and I don't care for the lack of protection of my
privacy and personal information.  

Specifically, it should explicitly state under no circumstance will your
personal info be given to other individual or entity unless you
expressly authorize it or it is required for mainenence of the site or
assiting the user.  

It states that it will not be given to 3rd parties.  Which translates to
anyone who pays Sheppy or works with Sheppy or is associated with Sheppy
may be entitled to the info.  Not my info, no thank you.
