I only meant as opposed to software. I'd much rather read about software than
hardware. For example, newcomers are led to believe that they need to obtain
"system software" to make an Apple II run. That just isn't so. All they need to
do is obtain a program (Appleworks, games, you-name-it), and the "system
software" is already included on the disk! I'm surprised thay don't know that. 

Now, with the IIGS (as opposed to the IIe/IIc, it may be a little more
important to get system software, but they can STILL operate the computer
without it!

So-- lets get out the software and talk about it, too.
