You can buy factory reconditioned SCSI Zip drives for $59.  They come with a 1
year warranty the same as brand new zip drives.  Also, even if your Zip drive
or cartridges were to fail after one year all you have to do is cite "Click of
Death" and IOMEGA will replace them no questions asked.  As this is the most
common and embarrasing failure of the Zip drive.  And no I have not had any
problems with my zip other than having to get a special utility to format it to
use on a Mac.
