Bev, I objected to your claim that QC was threatening to kill people,
and then expelled people from your list because they didn't make QC shut
up. Now, as I said at the time, and have since, you certainly have the
right to expel people from you list, however, I thought, and still
think, that it is unjust to do what you did RE Joe Kohn, Burger Bill, et
al, when they had and have no control over QC, and he said or says. I
was expelled from you list, and I have objected to QC's language.
Further, in reference to QC's alleged threat, I pointed out to you in
private that you had made an error, that: 1. there was no threat on
anyone's life; 2. that someone else was using the QC alias. I implored
you to withdrawal your accusation. When you did not, and when others on
the list, lemming like, lodged your complaint here on csa2, then I went
public. I wrote privately first, and only went public not because of
your failure to promote the II platform, but your groundless, slanderous
accusation of QC, and failure to admit your error.

In fact, I and others, have been sniped at by you, for promoting your
work on the II platform. Further, you were hypocritical last fall and
early last winter on your list, for threatening to expel members who
spoke in a derogatory manner of anyone, in the list, on Delphi, or on
csa2, and yet your have done the same on csa2 and on the list. You have
never acknowledged that, nor apologized for it to the list members. And
finally, I have your word that you told Joe and Bill that you would
expel them if they didn't get QC to shut up, or protest his posts, and
their statements that they have never received such from you. In any
court of law, based on English Common law, your testimony, against the
testimony of two others, would not carry weight. BTW - I still have all
the email correspondence on my computer's Sent and Trash boxes. I can
prove what I have said.
