Every program? Then you have something seriously hosed in your installation.
I assume you're running from the 16 bit side, hopefully from System 6.0.1.
You're probably mounting the 32M disk image that contains all of the
software. If so, try double-clicking on, say, ORCA.Sys16 from the Finder. If
that crashes, my serious advice is to reinstall Bernie, reinstall System
6.0.1, and start again.
