Transwarp GS/ Second Sight board interaction?

I refer to previos posting on NG regarding oscillator chip on a Transwarp GS
rev. 1.5 board.

I've refitted the oscillator-chip into the socket with correct alignment.
After power-up and inspection after entering in
'control-panel/ desk accessories' , the "Quick-Self Test" in "Transwarp GS"
menu reports 'passed' on all test rounds.

Video board problem:

--> I have also a Second-Sight VGA card installed in slot#1,  but after
installing the TWGS-card the machine  hangs during boot of GS/OS 6.01.
VGA-output is cyan with red vertical stripes, while the regular
RGB&Composite output is normal.

After removing the Second-Sight board, the machine boots normally.

My working slot configuration

2.  Harddrive Altech 340 MB
3.  Transwarp GS rev 1.5
4   -
5   SCC card
6   -
7   -

Is there anything wrong with  the slot-configuration that  would affect the
correct operation of the 'Second Sight' VGA board?
