crappy CMS SCSI card drivers

Hi gang.  I (unfortunately) own a CMS SCSI II card, with the 9/1/89
version ROM.  I can't find the driver utilities for it *anywhere*, and
the allelec.com site has only the driver for the last (I think) ROM, vers.
3/1/90.

Do any of you have the appropriate utilities for this ROM, the 9/1/89?
Or, perhaps, can point me in the right direction.
