That would a neat trick. The Mac 512KE and Plus were the first models
to support 800K disks. The 128K and 512K machines are 400K only (unless
they can be tricked into doing a double sided 800K disk in MFS instead
of HFS).
Perhaps this "128K Mac" had its motherboard replaced with a 512KE or
Plus motherboard?
I'd expect an Apple 3.5 Drive to work as a 400K drive on a 128K or 512K
Mac.
