I think I did that last night.  I reseated all the chips just in case
except for the one on the far right (when looking from the front) as
the case gets in the way and I didn't feel like taking out the
motherboard.

So from what I can tell the memory is there, but the system either
isn't seeing it or can't use it for some reason.  The system passes
all the tests in the various diagnostic disks, but if it's only seeing
64K and that 64K is good, then it would appear to pass the memory test
even if there's a problem.  Is there a program I can use to see how
much memory the system is seeing?
