I've never heard of a monitor Y connector but it'd be real easy to build
a
switch box.

I know what you mean by running out of room, lately I've been eying
my living room sofa. If I got rid of that I'd have room to keep a couple

more computers set up all the time. Unfortunately when I explained the
idea I was vetoed.
