Yesterday you could have picked up a IIgs free at the AUSOM (Apple User's
Society of Melbourne) swap meet yesterday.  The Apple II sigs had a table
for people to bring their "extras" they didn't want any more but didn't
want to throw away.  There were about six IIgs's there for picking up and
walking out the door.  I had particular pleasure when a bloke asked me how
much my complete AppleWorks 3 cum TimeOuts were going for.  I handed him
the package and shook his hand.  Most of us contributors still use the II
but have collected so many extras over the years that we'll never get the
time to look at any more.
