The Tint Control is only needed on NTSC (Never-The-Same-Color) TV
receivers, which is the only place you'll find them. They are absent
from PAL and SECAM TV receivers, and from monitors, because they are
normally not needed there.

You'll probably have to open up your monitor and try to locate some
controls inside. With luck you'll find what you need.
