Check out Alltech Electronics <http://www.allelec.com>.  They are
probably still selling memory expansion cards.

I wouldn't even bother with a 1 MB card - go straight to 4 MB, or better
still, a card that has 4 MB and is expandable to 8.

I've generally made do with a 4 MB card, since more than this causes
compatibility problems with I/O cards that use DMA (notably Apple's
High-Speed SCSI card).  The RamFast SCSI card can work around this
limitation with some RAM cards.
