MaxPort fo IIc?

I have this Mac SCSI interface for the 512ke Mac or 128k
Mac thats been upgraded to use an 800k drive. The product
is called MaxPort and is shrinkwrapped so Iï¿½m reluctant to
open it up and exanine it. However Iï¿½m wondering if this item
might work off the floppy drive connector. If so then there
might be a slim chance of it working on a IIc. So does anyone
know anything about Maxport made or sold by MacMemory?
