Have you looked at the Vernier site at
http://www.vernier.com/
For all sorts of interfaces, I picked up 10 mac universal input kits
at an old school auction. These look like thy would also work on an
apple II/IIgs since they have a DB25 input jack .
Vernier may be able to program the apple II for you, since they
started out on interfacing on the apple II.
