Michael,
as you've discovered, QC is a parasite that has infested the bowels of CSA2.
The only treatment is shunning. Block his posts; as you've noticed there is
nothing of value in them. You won't be missing anything.

If you use Outlook Express, simply select one of his messages and click
"Message" at the top of the OE window, then select "Block Sender."   That's
it!   It really helps to separate the wheat from the chaff. I find I enjoy
CSA2 so much more since I blocked QC and a half-dozen others of his ilk.
Now all I see are messages to and from people who are interested in
preserving the Apple II platform.

If you use another newsreader and need help in blocking these kooks, just
ask.  Someone will know how to configure it.
