Don't know. It could be that your Sound interrupt got moved to a lower
priority. This may be something you can diddle in a Control Panel.
Csa2 and associated newsgroups focus upon the Apple II series of
computers. You can in-depth Mac help on Mac newsgroups such as
comp.sys.mac.system.
