I have 1 LC III with a 201 meg hard drive (formated as 1 big HFS
partition, and 1 32 meg ProDOS partition), It also has an Apple //e
card on it. AND It also sports an Asante EN/SC box so that it can be on
my Ethernet. <--drivers for this puppy were hard to find!
For those with an LC and with an Apple //e card, this is the way you
get to use that network card in the slot setup. It is also the very 1st
Apple II (I think) "Ethernet card" ;)
Besides being its own Apple II, this LC also runs Appleshare 3.0.3 so
2 of my other //e(s) can boot from it. Here is my quandry:
The main HFS partiton I can share, but the ProDOS one I cannot. Why?
I would like to be able to stash stuff in ProDOS land to be used
throughout the network from heck, but so far cannot.
I have noted this behavior on other Macs runing Appleshare 3.n
Any net gurus out there?
