     You are supposed to boot the System 6.0.1 Install disk. It should load in System
6.0.1 (but not the Finder) and leave you looking at the Install program options
offering to do an Install to some disk. Clicking the Change Disk button should bring
up other choices for the target disk.

     If the disk does not work, it could help to know where you got the Sys 6.0.1
Install disk file you are using and how you converted the file to diskette.
