May I suggest a variant of the GS/OS linking system? It can be easily
adapted for the 8-bit world. It allows for dynamic relocation and symbolic
references. That way libraries and drivers can be used by more than one
application. You can get the info from the GS/OS reference via the
ByteWorks.
