Geezus....

I've been following this thread for a couple of days, and I'm amazed at the
logic of some people.

Bottom line is this people.... Eric has a license agreement with Apple that
allows him to distribute Apple System Software (please NOTE CAREFULLY I didn't
say Apple II here).  This license limits him to distribute only the software
that Apple allows him to.  No more, no less.

To argue that Eric could've just looked the other way and not asked about DOS
and Pascal and loaded them up on his site is ludicrous.  Anyone who thinks that
way should get off their can, get their own site, get their own Apple System
Software License, put DOS and Pascal up on it and take the risk of getting
their own ass sued.

So quit the damn spinning and get the hell off Eric's back.

P.S.... and if you don't think Apple isn't serious about tracking down people
who break their agreements, just ask the former employee who thought he could
get away with starting rumors about some recently announced Macs and related
hardware.  By the time they're done with him, he'll be lucky to get a job at a
7-11.
