If it really does have the revision A firmware (341-0112A) then you
should try to get hold of the revision C ROM for the card (341-0437-A).
This should allow you to run Chinook SCSI Utilities.

The only other option is to use the SCSIHDPARTITION program which Apple
supplied with the card. This would be next to useless in your case,
since it only lets you create two partitions. (The version that comes
with the Apple High-Speed card can create four, but I don't know whether
it works with the original card.)

Even Chinook SCSI Utilities won't help much - you will be able to create
seven partitions, which means you will be able to use up to 224 MB of
the disk. You won't be able to use more than this unless you get a IIgs
or a RamFast SCSI card. (In theory, the Apple High-speed card supports
many more partitions, but Chinook can't create more than about nine, and
you will difficulty accessing more than about nine through ProDOS-8.)
