Focus Drive Questions

Hi.

    Does anyone know anything about the Focus hard cards? I recently
acquired one as well as the utilities diskette. I pulled a 2.5 inch drive
from my PC laptop that was working when pulled and plugged it onto the card.
Of course, the laptop drive had windows on it so when plugged into my IIgs
the focus utilities said the partition information was bad and it had to be
low level formatted. I started a low level format and got this error number:
8080. It occurred on cylinder 0. Does anyone know what the error is? Is
there a drive capacity limit for these cards? The drive is a 1.2g drive. I
know that's overkill for a IIgs but that is the drive I had to work with. I
can get a smaller drive if need be. This drive is from a laptop that is
about 4 or 5 years old. Could that be the problem?
