Actually, it is still online somewhere in the Ground archives. I was able
to construct one from the FTN.42.xxxx file type note. I'm not sure if it
is valid, since I'm not sure the order of the bytes in the words, and
Tex-Edit reported that there is one less byte in the binary file than
there were 2-digit hex codes in my original text file.
