For more than 15 years, TABBS (The Apple BBS) was active as an Apple II
oriented British-based Bulletin Board System. TABBS was operated to
benefit members of the two largest Apple II user groups in the United
Kingdom - the Apple 2000 User Group and the British Apple IIGS Club.
 
During the latter part of TABBS' life, the Sysop was Ewen Wannop (the
author of Spectrum) and Ewen has created a CD-ROM that contains every
single file that was ever uploaded to TABBS, as well as including every
single library disk that was ever created for both of the British based
Apple II User Groups.
 
There are nearly 6000 different files and programs on the TABBS CD-ROM,
and the disk is filled with more than 600 megabytes of compressed files.
 
In addition to the massive offering of Apple II and IIGS files, there
are also some historical Macintosh and IBM PC software of this disk.
 
The TABBS CD-ROM is available by mail order for $25 (cash/money order)
from Shareware Solutions II.
