Apple IIe dead?

Hi,

I am trying to revive an old Apple IIeuroplus that I have found some
time ago. 
Everything worked perfectly until a couple of hours ago when the machine
went dead.

Now, when I turn on the computer, all I can get is a screen full of
alternating rows of "@" (in inverse) and "?". Also , there is no beep
from the speaker and CTRL+RESET does nothing.
I have also tried to remove all the cards from inside, but nothing has
changed.

Anybody can help me?
