My personal favorite is GTE and Bell Atlantic. Or all the Baby Standard Oils
that are merging left and right. Funny, I seem to recall both these being
broken up as trusts and monopolies. Thank god they are recovering finally,
after being interfered with by pesky notions of fairness and such. Just goes
to show you can't keep a good international megacorporation down.
