Not may people are capable or willing to fix a IIc these days. Your
options are mostly limited to hobbiests or user groups. Unless your IIc
has sentimental value it may be easier and cheaper to purchase a
replacement.

If you could carefully describe your machine's symptoms we may be able
to help you fix it.
