If you need a newer browser, I'd suggest Netscape Navigator 4.05 on a
Q605. I find 4.05 to be considerably faster than Netscape 3.x.
Netscape 2.x is very fast on a Quadra, but is lacking in many features.
Byron's right, 4.05 wants OS 7.6 or later, but if you ignore the
complaints from Navigator's installer and do a Custom Install it will
work fine. Do a 68K install to conserve drive space.
When surfing, be sure you have 32-bit addressing turned on, or else
performance will suffer.
