Yes, Rosy.  It's gone.  Apparently the ISP was most appreciative to be rid of 
such potential lawsuit bait.

No shortage of suckers willing to endanger their accounts?  It must have really 
stung old 'robtron' to lose his cable account and have to find another ISP for 
dial-up.  :)
