Well, my short answer because I dont really ever want to do that kind of thing
the hardware way is that you read the FAQ which does explain well.
I have uploaded stuff then downloaded it back to the other computer.
I get stuff from my pc to my //e using ms-dos copy (the old version), but I
have a superdrive on my system.
There is crossworks which I have never used.
There is using a null modem concept, again I've never done it cross platform.
Now I have called somebody's house before and connected my computer to their
computer using telecom software and exchanged files. I guess if you had two
lines in the house you can do that, have one call, the other set to receive.
