Any way to mount SCSI ProDos volume on PC?

Subject line says it all.
I've just backed up all my Apple //e files
to a disk (syquest cart, actually)
and want to see the files on the PC.

Any way to do this?

If not, is there a simple
"Laplink" style null-model
file transfer way to do this?
