Magnavox monitors

A friend has been given a Magnavox color monitor.  Neither he nor I have
any idea what it was supposed to work on, and he got no cable with it. 
The connector looks something like a female version of the old pc
desktop bus connector, but with more pins.

I recall years ago that there were Magnavox monitors that worked with
the IIGS, and for a while were even preferred to the IIGS monitor by
some folks.  Anyone recall which models, or know of a source of a cable
that mates to the connector I described?  Thanks.
