You've got a lot of power sucking cards in your IIgs. If you don't have
a heavy duty power supply you may want to try booting the system with
just the second sight. My poor abused IIgs has a TWGS, HSCSI, 8MB
Sirrius RAM, and a roadrunner style HD. If I use a floppy without
pulling any cards my system becomes extremely unreliable. It may also be
worth while to leave your system on for a few hours before rebooting
seeing as it's been in storage for a few years.
