The problem is that "fair use" does not mean that you can "use all of it".
The most liberal case which I have seen (CanCopy) allows the user to use
exerpts of up to 10% of the work, and it limited the use to institutional
research and instructional purposes (not for publication), and still placed
limits upon the works available for duplication, and reflected special
arrangements. Using the entire work for entertainment purposes, let alone
distributing it in this complete form, would certainly be illegal.
