Old Apple II

Help? My brother in law got an Old Apple 11 from some one and it
was empty. He has some disks. When he turned it on all he get is
a blank blue screen. What does he have to have to get it to
work. It was a school computer and they took every thing off of
it. Only two of the disks work and no manual for it I believe. I
am new to this group and I don't know to much about computers
and new groups. Barb
