     Tried out the above link; but, Delphi bombed on sending the message to
get access to the forum. Is there some other way to get access?

I log on via AOL using both browsers with no problem.  You might try just
logging on to the web site, then go from there.  Right now there is not much
there and is a forum for SyOps running GBBS.
