Re: Reclassification

Hiya, O Diseased and Demented Dorktor!

things!

Dorktor, the point we've been trying to make about the word
"abandonware" is NOT that it doesn't exist, but rather that
it has absolutely NO legal merit.

The courts don't recognize it. It therefore serves only as a
smokescreen.

A fine site. Well put together. Packed with information.
Publishes articles that haven't been ripped from other
peoples sites.

I can see why you'd go there. It will make doing your GSWV
soooo much easier, having someone else do all the work for
you to rip. ;)

And guess what.. They recognize that breaking copyright laws
are illegal acts.

They simply want to get publishers to reclassify their works.
They don't run pirate sites that claim to be law abiding
until they get caught.

And why wouldn't folks support reclassification, Tom? It's
certainly more moral than simply stealing it like you do.

 *>Cheers, Tom
