I have to disagree with this point. One side is definitely doing
something about the problem. One side is respecting the copyrights of
all the old Apple II software and is working hard to get things
reclassified so that they can legally be distributed.
They aren't trying to get the copyright laws changed as that would
probably be even harder than getting titles reclassified. Besides,
there really isn't anything wrong with the copyright law so there is
no real need to change it.
