Re: Let's create an OFFICIAL A2 Library!
That crossed my mind, but the statute seems to contemplate actual premises.
Remember, even if you are running a program on a remote emulator,
substantial portions of the copyrighted material must arrive (ie, be copied
onto) at your home computer screen, memory and possibly hard drive. Each
representation is a copy. Thus, substantial amounts of copyrighted material
have been made available outside the "premises," which is expressly
prohibited by the section.
