Celt,
    This is flawed for several reasons.

It is not something simple to have a new forum created in the big 8.

It is avoiding the problem, not fixing it. It factionizes the community, and
you can only do that so many times before there is no community left.

It assumes that the established membership will go there, and that the new
people will be able to find it.

It's a duplication of forums.

It makes things even slower than we are used to, since now a moderator has
to sign off on every post.

The worst of the trolls will go there too. Trolls do that.

    All in all, please stay here and help us try to fix these problems.
That's the best way.
