Where to find HARD DRIVES nowadays???

HELP!

In the early 90s I had no trouble getting these things on the cheap, but
now it seems really tough to get a simple hard drive for an Apple II.

Alltech says they are out of the Focus drives and are unsure if they
will get anymore. SCSI cards get snatched up on ebay in no time. People
pay a lot more for these now than they did a few years ago -- often well
over $100. Gawd!

Are there any solutions right now? I'd like to get several hard drives
for a local school that can't afford to upgrade their IIgs computers.
With an HD, as you know, students can learn a lot better how GUI OSes
work. Currently these kids are booting with Prodos 8 from floppies.

(I think demand has increased because schools have been dumping the II
and people pick them up for $5 or so. When I sell IIgs software on ebay,
I check the past transactions of people who buy it and sure enough they
recently purchased a IIgs for a few bucks. Heck, I just bought a the
1986 version of the IIe with some cards, two drives and a sharp color
monitor for just $1.25.)

The Focus cards were best because they were internal and easy to use.
Any help would be appreciated.
