Which soft do I need for AppleIIGS-TVspot???

Hello all together,
does anybody know how I can watch this IIGS.mov from:
 http://www.inwards.com/~fairway/Memorabilia.html
File is:  http://www.inwards.com/~fairway/Memories/IIgs.mov
When I try to play it on my PC with Quicktime 4.x installed, I only get
an Error-message :(
Do I only play it on a MAC ??? Is there a difference between
mac-quicktimes and
PC-quicktime-files ???
Does anybody have an Idea, or if the File is broken, does anybody have a
working one??
