The Chooser.II application lets you pick either a networked printer
(ImageWriter II, ImageWriter LQ or LaserWriter), or a directly connected
printer on the second port.

The directly connected printer probably behaves like it is connected to
a normal serial port, not through a network connection.

I would be very surprised if there was a built-in print server function.
I doubt that you could even write one in software, since it would need
an implementation of the server side of PAP, and I don't think you can
patch or extend the AppleTalk stack with the workstation card.
