Need help on dumping System 7.5.3 disk images to Mac LC from PC.

Hello, all!

I need to know if there's a way to create Macintosh-readable floppies from a
PC. I'm familiar with the Apple II line and DOS and Windows-based PCs, but not
Macs.

I've recently acquired a Macintosh LC which I plan on using as an AppleShare
2.x or 3.x server for my Apple IIgs or Apple IIe. System 6.0.1 is installed on
the Mac, and I'd like to wipe it out and install System 7.5.3. I've downloaded
the 19-disk image set of System 7.5.3 from Apple's web site onto my PC and now
I just need to expand these disk images onto floppies so I can get started.

I've downloaded both Aladdin System's "Aladdin Expander 5.0" for Windows and
DataViz' "Mac Opener" for Windows, played with the programs for about an hour,
and haven't had any success in creating the 19-disk set. I was able to extract
the files just fine, but I'm just having problems dumping the disk images to
Mac readable disks.

BTW, the Mac LC is very basic as far as software goes. No third-party archive
utilities are installed on the Mac, such as Stuffit or Disk Copy 4.2, nor any
terminal programs. Granted, there are other methods such as finding another
Mac to perform the extraction or setting up LocalTalk between my IIgs and the
LC. But I would still like to perform the disk image extraction from my PC for
my learning experience.

Thanks for any help!
