Support for CP/M is required. I am not apposed to using modern solutions. Thanks.

If you are running an Applicard/StarCard or Alex Freed's modern version of same, I wrote a package to create and mount large volumes carved out of a ProDOS block device (ANY ProDOS block device). Works fine on hard drives or (my favorite) the CFFA controller.

The software is free and hosted at several locations, including (I think) the Yahoo Apple CP/M group.

If you have a Microsoft Softcard (or clone thereof), choices are limited or non-existent depending on the version of card and drive. Applied Engineering CP/AM 5.x (which I'm also largely responsible for) has driver support for Sider hard disks, but there probably are not many of those in operational shape nowadays. I _think_ I recall seeing hard disk support for the Softcard II. Willi could probably address that better than I.
