About what I figured.  I'll look for those NDA's.

I'm mainly interested in writing programs to use with it, so I need any 
programming info and any drivers if needed, and in using it to do a little 
subtitling again.

Ok, maybe that's why it came in a seperate bag and wasn't actually installed 
in the machine. :-)
