Text file in two columns, how to seperate?
I just spent alot of time scanning and OCR'ing some Nibble articles.
Some of the scans are source code..
The magazine had Here is the other
the text in two column over here.
columns like this
For BASIC source, It doesn't matter which line is entered first, so I
can just go through manually and add a bunch of CR's.
For Assembly, it does matter which order the lines are entered.
Is there a way to strip the second column out from the text file, and
save it as it's own text file? The above columns would end up as:
File#1

File#2

Are there word processors for the Apple II that will do this? I have a
PC too, are there programs for the PC to strip out the second column?
I haven't used the scan program very much. I could have taken two
scans, 1 for each column, but that takes twice as long (there's
probably a preference to set somewhere in the program, but I just
scanned more than 200 pages)
