First you have to install TimeOut. Then you copy the TimeOut accessories to the
TimeOut directory. The one you want is TimeOut CopyBlock. Press OA-C to
highlight and copy the block of text on the right. Then scroll down to the end
and paste it there. Unfortunately this is only a copy. It is not a move and the
second columns stays where it was. You can delete it by pressing OA-Y at the
end of each line of the first section. A macro would help to do that.
